This luxe day spa off Sloane Street has been around for years, quietly and calmly providing treatments to the likes of Suki Waterhouse behind its heavy wooden doors, while managing to somehow still feel like an insider secret. What&#8217;s on offer? A cocoon of pampering, with Malaysian-inspired massages and body rituals plus a spa pool, tea rooms and studios for yoga. It&#8217;s basically a one-stop shop for wellbeing. You&#8217;re welcome. </p>

Tucked away in the basement of The Londoner hotel, The Retreat is really special, with a pool, gym, sauna and steam rooms, Hiro Miyoshi Hair &amp; Beauty salon and a lengthy treatment menu, including facials by Omorovicza, Ila massages and body treatments by Ishga. Muddy&#8217;s visited and it&#8217;s a total sanctuary, from the poolside cabanas to Refuel, the spa&#8217;s superfood and smoothies café.  </p>

<p>The Cowshed spa brand has made headlines ever since it opened at Babington House 30 years ago, but this dinky North London outpost is less well-known. We love the white-washed Regent&#8217;s Park Road townhouse setting, seven cosy treatment rooms and select spa menu, including the unbeatable Cowgirl Facial, Jennifer Young balance body and mind massage and lash, brow, hands and feet treatments. And if you&#8217;re expecting, the maternity massages are heavenly. </p>
