Muddy&#8217;s excited to hear The Savoy’s launched a Wellbeing Residency Series this month, and the first collab is with award-winning, Harley Street-based Dr David Jack. It&#8217;s all about holistic meets science for the ultimate anti-aging facial, which will be available every Friday for hotel guests and Londoners alike. Includes a 15-minute skin analysis. 



Treatment: This facial’s designed to promote collagen production and stimulate cell rejuvenation. Tri-polar radio frequency is used around the eye area to lift and firm, and he also uses mesotherapy, where a potent mix of vitamins are injected into the top layer of the skin for instant results. If you look as tired as you feel, this is going to work wonders.&nbsp;



What’s the damage? A hefty £420.

The Spa &amp; Wellbeing Centre at The Peninsula is rather special. Muddy visited earlier this year to try this ultra luxe treatment and was blown away by the luxuriousness of, well, everything, including its partnership with exclusive beauty brand Margy’s and stunning pool area.

Treatment: It&#8217;s all about slowing down collagen loss which, as we’re very aware, speeds up signs of aging. The gold helps to nourish the skin, improve texture and cellular renewal. And the e-finger? Well, it produces a micro-current that lifts and tightens (really helps to reduce puffiness around the eyes). 



What’s the damage? Ok here’s the rub, it’s £380. Worth it if you want to look incredible for a special occasion (your wedding day, the Oscars?).&nbsp;

Mayfair-based super-facialist Katherine Mackenzie Paterson had the revolutionary idea of making every single facial bespoke, which appeals to Muddy because our skin needs are all different, right? She works with a variety of top end advanced skin care ranges rather than hooking up with one brand, meaning she has a myriad of tools at her finger tips.&nbsp;



Treatment: It’s bespoke, darling, so this will depend on your skin type and needs. If it&#8217;s your first time, you&#8217;ll have a consultation to discuss your skin issues, concerns and expectations (more hydration for Muddy, please), then it&#8217;s on to a mix of massage and high tech (think LED light therapy) for a true transformation.&nbsp;

Treatment: One-hour forty minutes of pure bliss. After a 20-minute chat with a therapist about your skin concerns and six scans, it&#8217;s time to get down to the nitty gritty &#8211; a custom facial with enzyme exfoliation, extraction, LED, sonophoresis (ultrasound) and more.&nbsp;



What’s the damage? £275, money well spent if you want to know what&#8217;s really going on with your skin at a deeper level.

The Dorchester’s elegant pastel-hued spa is next level in terms of luxury and treatments and its partnership with high end Swiss brand Valmont is the cherry on the top. There are plenty of facials to choose from, including Valmont Lift from the Peaks (great for tackling wrinkles and tightening), but it’s the elixir that has us swooning.&nbsp;



Treatment: This ninety-minute ultra nourishing, sculpting facial includes a double-cleanse, three massages (targeting the face, décolleté and hands) and FOUR masks. Ideal if your skin is feeling dehydrated (think post-holiday flight and booze damage), you’ll leave with plumper, fresher skin and a smile.&nbsp;



What’s the damage? £470.&nbsp;Ouch.

The best facial Muddy’s ever had was at the spa in this five-star hotel in Kensington. It’s an ambient, low-lit cocoon-like space that’s instantly calming and a total contrast to the bustling city outside. Arrive early for your treatment as you get use of the sauna, Amethyst crystal steam room, vitality pool and zen colour therapy relaxation area.&nbsp;



Treatment: We’re talking facelift level tightening and smoothing through a mix of LED therapy, hot compresses, chilled stones and pressure point massage. Uplifting in every sense of the word.&nbsp;

One of Muddy’s favourite skin care brands (have you tried the C.E.O Vitamin C Serum yet?) now has a treatment room in Liberty.&nbsp;The space is as luxe as the product, think wood-panelled walls, fresh flowers and Art Deco-style mirrors and lighting. Sigh. 



Treatment: Forget Grease, hydration is the word. Things kick off with a cleanse, next up is a restorative exfoliating mask followed by a lymphatic massage before finishing with a Vitamin C moisture treatment to restore and brighten the complexion. You can add on an LED treatment to calm skin and accelerate cell renewal and even cryotherapy to tighten pores.&nbsp;



What’s the damage? £85 for the signature facial, £25 for add on treatments.&nbsp;
