Where: This plush, wood-panelled, two-storey studio lies in the heart of Knightsbridge.&nbsp;



What: The definition of urban wellness, Hvn (pronounced hay-ven btw) is where holistic meets medical in terms of treatments and ambiance. Drop in for high tech therapies, such as IV drips, DNA testing, aesthetics, osteopathy and (this is a bit woo woo), inner-city forest bathing, where an immersive simulator shows the sounds, sights and even scent of a forest. But alongside all this there’s the usual spa offerings including excellent facials and massages.&nbsp;



Why: Hvn’s proof you can have clinical diagnostics without forgoing the dreamy side of wellbeing (like a great massage). It’s a mind, body and soul 360-degree approach to female health and we like it.&nbsp;

What: Gynaecologist and obstetrician Claire Mellon’s clinic is the place to go for all manner of female-related health issues &#8211; think IVF, pregnancy scanning, contraception, menopause, peri-menopause and polycystic ovaries, period management, smear tests, HRT and blood tests. What we love most though, is that there’s a wellness space to complement the medical side of things, where you can treat yourself to some reflexology or pranayama.&nbsp;
