Literally, as buyers are willing to pay around five per cent more for a house with a great garden (if it&#8217;s sunny and south-facing, you can bung on a further 1.8 per cent), according to <a href="https://www.zoopla.co.uk/press/releases/swayed-by-the-season-homes-with-certain-features-can-achieve-a-price-boost/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zoopla</a>.
