<p>Spa lovers rejoice, because one of the best wellbeing hotel brands in the world is due to open in the capital this summer. Taking over former Art Deco department store The Whiteley, close to Hyde Park, word on the street is that it’s going to have 109 rooms and suites, contemporary Brit art, brasserie restaurant with courtyard dining and a classy bar. Spa-wise, we&#8217;re expecting big things, obvs. What we know so far is that it’s going to be HUGE, with a 20-metre indoor pool, treatment rooms, wellness journeys and a biohacking lounge.&nbsp;Muddy can’t wait to slip into a Six Senses soft robe and hit the sensory suite. </p>



<p><strong>USP:</strong> Form an orderly queue to join private members club Six Senses Place, which will have a co-working space and restaurant.&nbsp;</p>

<p>There’s already a buzz about this new hotel despite the fact it’s not due to open until summer ’25. What’s the deal? Well, it sounds <em>very</em> arty and <em>very </em>fabulous, from the modern Art Deco aesthetic to the Nordic-inspired spa (think hot and cold experience cabins). Inspired by Fitzrovia’s iconic boho characters like Nancy Cunard, there will be 81 rooms and suites, a Euro-style brasserie and a rooftop floor comprising of an amazing four-bedroom suite and private terrace (A-lister Instagram gold). </p>



<p><strong>USP: </strong>Gambit Bar looks set to be our new night out obsession, with expertly mixed cocktails and cool events (yes, there will be chess).&nbsp;</p>

<p>Muddy&#8217;s a fan of Zetter’s two London townhouse hotels, so we’ll be visiting asap when when it opens its third getaway in autumn 2025. A stone’s throw from the British Museum and set in a row of elegant townhouses, it’s going big on Georgian-inspired Brit style, with four-poster beds, claw-foot tubs, muted patterned and vintage fabrics (think bay windows with striped curtains), toiletries by brit brand VERDEN and The Orangery restaurant. Can’t wait.&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>USP: </strong>Londoners are going to love hanging out in the tree-lined garden terrace and outdoor restaurant. Summer evenings sorted.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Another transformation of a major London landmark (we’re thinking Raffles at the OWO), Rosewood’s putting the hot back into hotel with this luxurious summer opening in the iconic former US Embassy. Imagine the deals, decisions and parties that have taken place in the Grade II-listed 60s building at 30 Grosvenor Square. Thankfully, plenty of Mid-Century details have been preserved, including a stunning diagrid domed ceiling. There’s a lot of other details to get excited about too. On a par with legendary London hotels like The Peninsula, it’s going to be epic, from the ballroom through to the spa, restaurants and 139 rooms with Art Deco-inspired details.&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>USP: </strong>There’s a grand ballroom with space for up to 750 guests &#8211; worth getting married for?&nbsp;</p>

<p>This apartment/hotel/members club is set to open towards the end of the year and sounds intriguing. Signature Club Flats, which have the flexibility and services of a hotel, but the exclusiveness and facilities of a private members club, will come with a lounge, kitchenette, bedroom and en suite bathroom with rainfall shower. Decor will be luxe and maximalist (velvets, bold botanical prints), there&#8217;ll be all-day dining at The Other Kitchen and drinks at cocktail bar Owl &amp; Monkey will be the icing on the cake. </p>



<p><strong>USP:</strong> It&#8217;s going to have a rooftop bar (The Peacock lounge) with panoramic views of Covent Garden’s piazza, need we say more?&nbsp;</p>
