<p>It&#8217;s the most hyped hotel opening of the year, people. Hot on the heels of <a href="https://www.raffles.com/london/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Raffles</a> breathing new life into the Old War Office, Rosewood has followed suit by transforming another London landmark (the iconic former US Embassy at 30 Grosvenor Square) into five-star hotel <a href="https://www.rosewoodhotels.com/en/the-chancery-rosewood" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Chancery Rosewood</a>. You can check in from the 27 Aug and we can&#8217;t wait to have a look around the Grade II-listed 60s building &#8211; a little bird tells us plenty of Mid-Century details have been preserved, including a stunning domed ceiling (don&#8217;t forget to look up). There&#8217;s also super swish spa, five restaurants, grand ballroom with space for up to 750 guests (worth getting married again for?) and 139 rooms with Art Deco-inspired details.&nbsp;The only catch? The lowest price we could find online is £1,280pn. </p>

<p>The romance we didn&#8217;t see coming but can&#8217;t get enough of: Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz, whose recent PDA at <a href="https://www.ritasdining.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rita&#8217;s</a> Restaurant in Soho has caused a social media storm. The loved up pair were spotted snogging at a corner table at the cosy bistro following her appearance at the <em>Caught Stealing</em> premier close by. The Hollywood actress stars alongside Austin Butler in the film, but quickly hot-footed it to Lexington Street to hang out with Harry, scoff American-inspired dishes and do some late night talking. They were seen strolling around Rome earlier this week too. Romance activated. </p>

<p>Infrared fitness has been in demand over the pond at places like Heated Room and Burn in LA for a while, and now the fitness trend has hit UK shores at recently-opened <a href="https://yours-space.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">YOURS</a> in Hackney Wick. What&#8217;s all the fuss about? Well, their Hot Pilates classes are low impact (yay) yet give a full body detoxifying work out thanks to weighted props and infrared heat (also yay). And if you&#8217;re super keen try Hot Sculpt, a pilates-inspired strength workout which uses heavier props to build body strength while the infrared heat increases calorie burn and muscle endurance. <p>Art lovers take note &#8211; next month sees the return of <a href="https://www.frieze.com/fairs/frieze-sculpture" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Frieze Sculptures</a> <strong>(17 Sept &#8211; 2 Nov)</strong>, a prelude to <a href="https://www.frieze.com/fairs/frieze-london-frieze-masters" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Frieze London</a>, the capital&#8217;s biggest art fair which runs from 15-19 Oct in Regent&#8217;s Park. Curated by&nbsp;Fatoş Üstek, this year&#8217;s theme is ‘In the Shadows’, and features work from 14 artists including giant sound sculptures, which you can see for free in the English Garden. </p>

<p>Next time you hit Selfridge&#8217;s on Oxford Street, ease up on the shopping for a bit and treat yourself to the new Afternoon Tea served in its glitzy restaurant Brasserie of Light. Launching next month <strong>(4 Sept)</strong>, <a href="https://brasserie-of-light.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Pegasus Afternoon Tea</a> sounds suitably fabulous and includes a truffle chicken brioche with freshly grated truffle, warm fruited scones, and a selection of intricate patisserie presented on a huge ceramic serving platter topped by a silver winged horse &#8211; a nod to the 24ft crystal-encrusted Pegasus which soars above diners from the restaurant ceiling. The damage? £49pp. </p>
