<p>Bringing together London&#8217;s vibrant underground music community for three days at the iconic Truman Brewery site, this is a brilliant festival to bring you out of a winter slump. From nu jazz to hip-hop, neo-soul, electronic and more, the annual festival&#8217;s a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the newest and most culturally rich sounds coming out of the capital, from Adi Oasis to Rio Rainz. </p>

<p>Laidback, South London fest that&#8217;s well curated and generally loved by people of all ages. This year headliners include Michael Kiwanuka and Jordan Rekei, but the craft beer and excellent street food are also worth heading down to Brixton and Herne Hill for. </p>

<p>Jade! Ciara! Kesha! It&#8217;s pop heaven down in Brockwell Park at the end of May, with sooooo many great artists already lined up, you&#8217;d better wear your trainers because it&#8217;s dancing all day and all night, with stops to sample the street food and bars of course. </p>

<p>Hold the front page &#8211; Sabrina Carpenter&#8217;s playing Hyde Park<strong>.</strong> The  <em>Espresso</em> singer and pop star de jour is headlining on<strong> 5 July</strong> and it&#8217;s going to be wild, though the only tickets we could still find were £400, sob. The rest of the BST gigs are really varied, including  Olivia Rodrigo and Hugh Jackman singing tunes from <em>The Greatest Showman</em>. </p>

<p>Craig David&#8217;s at this year&#8217;s annual week-long hurrah at Kew Gardens, though he&#8217;s not playing all <em>Seven Days</em>. It&#8217;s a really nostalgia fest in 2025, with Alison Moyet, UB40 and the Human League also on the lineup. Pack a picnic, but there are also street food stalls (if your sarnies aren’t doing the trick), and open-air bars.</p>

<p>As if we needed an excuse to mooch around Henry VII’s not-so-humble abode, Hampton Court Palace festival is back with two weeks&nbsp;of groovy&nbsp;music in the palace gardens.&nbsp;With headliners like James, Rag’n’Bone Man,&nbsp;Bananarama,&nbsp;The Good, The Bad &amp; The Rugby, Chaka Khan&nbsp;and&nbsp;Elbow it’s no surprise tickets are already selling out &#8211; go, go, go!</p>

<p>Celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2025, this fest aimed at (ahem) <em>slightly</em> younger audiences, is still a brilliant Finsbury Park annual knees-up. Right now headliners haven&#8217;t been announced, but last year had Nicki Minaj ,21 Savage and Dojo Cat, so you can see the standard of artist is impressive. </p>

<p>This one-day extravaganza is back in the stunning Alexandra Palace grounds with even more music, pop-up theatre, circus and magic workshops, and comedy. Thanks to the huge setting, there’s plenty to cram into the one-day fest; families have a dedicated area with lots of interactive activities, while adventure junkies can head down to the Victorian basements for mysterious entertainment (colour us intrigued). Or, you can just sunbathe and enjoy the sounds of Faithless, Goldie and Eats Everything – G&amp;T in hand, naturally. </p>

<p>The BIG news here is that&nbsp;Basement Jaxx&nbsp;are planning a huge homecoming show after a ten-year absence, by headlining&nbsp;<strong>South Facing Festival</strong> on&nbsp;<strong>Sat 23 Aug</strong>. It will be a huge homecoming show and if you&#8217;re lucky enough to get tickets be prepared to bounce up and down for hours! <strong> </strong>Other performers confirmed at the Crystal Palace Bowl include Barrington Levy (10 Aug) plus there&#8217;s Flackstock (8 Aug) in memory of TV presenter Caroline Flack. </p>

<p>Arguably the coolest festival to catch&nbsp;the best pop and indie&nbsp;stars live, <em>All Points East</em> is back for its seventh year in Eastenders’ local haunt, Victoria Park, with a line-up including Raye, The Maccabees and Barry Can&#8217;t Swim. With more acts yet to be announced, it&#8217;s best to get your foot in the door now before tickets sell out faster than hot pies and mash. </p>

<p>Crowned the largest festival of Caribbean food and drink in Europe, Taste of the Caribbean is exactly what it says on the tin. Excellent Caribbean food from over 20 UK restaurants and street vendors with staple dishes like&nbsp;ackee &amp; saltfish, oxtail, plantain, and arguably the best jerk chicken you’ll ever taste. Among the dining and music are the fairground rides, face painting, bouncy castles, and arts and crafts all for free (yes, really.)</p>

<p>Tom Kerridge’s foodie and music extravaganza&nbsp;Pub in the Park is shifting London venue this summer to Gunnersbury Park after five years in Chiswick. On the menu are cookery demos, workshops and food stalls with guest chefs plus top gastro pubs like <strong>James Cochran&#8217;s</strong> latest Islington spot,<strong>&nbsp;The Brave</strong>. Heading up the music stage? Soul II Soul, Norman Jay, Judge Jules and Jack Savoretti.&nbsp;Muddy top tip: pop over to the bookshop for a meet and greet with the chefs and get a new signed recipe book.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Brewing (sorry) in Magazine London on the Greenwich Peninsula, this all-inclusive beer festival is back with a line-up of top-notch breweries and over 800+ beers for you to try &#8211; a generous trade for the £59.50 Friday afternoon tickets. To fuel you up in-between pints, London restaurants (previous years have included 10 Greek Street, Dellugo and Bone Daddies), will be dishing up a storm. Music and entertainment is yet to announced, so keep an eye out.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dine like a King (or Queen) in the gorgeous grounds of Hampton Court Palace as the food fest returns with a delicious mix of sizzling street food stalls, with debuts from Cocomelt and Better Mood Food. There are also plenty of bars (hello, Wild West Cider) and families will enjoy face painting, shire horse rides and the line-up of performers for little ones. </p>
