What do you get when you mix summer sunshine, a splash (OK, bottles) of fizz and the crème de la crème of London’s indie businesses? That’ll be the Muddy Awards Winners’ Drinks 2026!

On Monday we rounded off this year’s London celebrations in serious style at the frankly breathtaking The Nest rooftop bar at Treehouse hotel in Marylebone. Cue panoramic views of the capital, chinking glasses and more quality canapés than you could shake a (bread)stick at.

It was a joy to meet so many inspirational local businesses – the brilliant people who keep our city buzzing, our homes looking lush, our bodies toned and our social lives significantly more fun. We hope the Awards give them a little nudge onto even bigger and bolder things.

We sipped bubbles (Silverhand Brut) courtesy of Silverhand Estate in Kent, which Treehouse hotel’s impeccable in-house team kept flowing all afternoon.

The team also served our winners delicious canapés including beetroot and goats cheese cones, smoked salmon blinis, beef taquitos with radish and avocado crema and chicken schnitzel bites with smoked chili mayo. The spread was sensational and each morsel was almost too elegant to eat (I said almost).

It wouldn’t be a Muddy do without some show-stopping flourishes, and The Nest knocked it out of the park. Jaw-dropping views of London? Check. Sun-drenched terraces? Check. Instagrammable corners filled with lush plants? Check.
