<p>When Muddy was told that multidimensional jeweller and energy alchemist <a href="https://amyrusselltaylor.com/?srsltid=AfmBOorbX3sNWY_HcTc59MAnwcj_POIqaOw8TQr-nEIXIz6gl2zm3Ru8" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Amy Russell Taylor</a> was going to have a residency at <a href="https://www.thelondoner.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Londoner</a> hotel this Autumn, we just had to find out more. </p>

<p>Known for her unique fusion of wellbeing and jewellery, Amy has worked alongside Deepak Chopra and has a devoted following &#8211; including the likes of Kate Moss &#8211; who can&#8217;t get enough of her&nbsp;75-minute <em>Signature Sessions</em>, which blend sound healing, quantum energy work and crystal alignment, and culminate in a bespoke crystal jewellery piece designed to support personal transformation. In short, you come out feeling calmer, more balanced and with a new piece of jewellery &#8211; what&#8217;s not to like? </p>



<p>We caught up with Amy before her first session at The Londoner on 9 Sept to find out more about her world of wellbeing and what exactly an energy alchemist means&#8230; </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-congratulations-nbsp-on-your-new-residency-at-the-londoner-could-you-tell-us-more-about-it"><strong>Congratulations&nbsp;on your new residency at The Londoner &#8211; could you tell us more about it?</strong></h2>



<p>Thanks so much! It’s an exciting move for me as it will allow me to bring all of my magic together. What I do is quite a hybrid approach to wellness. I combine my experience with aligning the ideal crystals for people’s specific energy with my own personal techniques for communicating with higher consciousness. To integrate with the energy of the version of ourselves we want to be. I love the space at the Londoner…it’s very well designed and is so easy to switch off and fully sink into sessions that require you to shut out external distractions. It’s ideal for my sessions so people can get the most out of the experience or make more of it by using their other amazing facilities.&nbsp;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-how-would-you-define-energy-healing"><strong>How would you define energy healing?</strong></h2>



<p>I don’t ever refer to myself as an energy healer. You, as the individual, are your own healer.&nbsp;I just facilitate that and act as a catalyst for transformation.&nbsp;I think we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves. It’s the placebo effect &#8211; we enter into a state of self regulated healing by the power of our mind.&nbsp;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-could-you-also-explain-crystal-alignment-and-how-it-works"><strong>Could you also explain crystal alignment and how it works?</strong></h2>

<p>Everything has an energetic frequency and crystals are no different. In the same way a person can make you feel good just by being around them, so can crystals. They can help alter our frequency to raise it up to match its own. It’s a very personal thing but because I can tune into people’s energy I feel my way to which crystals your energy is craving. The way I work is to find the root of the problem and work on that energy. Not the desire but the block. Where are you in resistance to what you want.&nbsp;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-what-first-drew-you-to-this-area-of-wellbeing-and-has-it-always-been-a-passion"><strong>What first drew you to this area of wellbeing, and has it always been a passion?</strong></h2>



<p>It has all unfolded very organically. I didn’t think I would be doing this when I started my jewellery brand. I’ve always known I had a deep intuition but I never really understood just how strong it was. Probably a fear of being seen. But over time, I’ve felt safer and more empowered to step into myself. It also got to a point where I couldn’t deny it any more. It was happening regardless! For a long time I gave my power away and I think that’s why I enjoy helping others to recognise their own power so much. We can all do this, we just need to learn how.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-what-does-your-own-wellbeing-routine-look-like-do-you-follow-any-daily-practices-or-rituals"><strong>What does your own wellbeing routine look like &#8211; do you follow any daily practices or rituals?</strong></h2>



<p>I respond very intuitively to how I feel on the day. I always wear my crystal jewellery very intentionally each day and pick what’s calling to me at the time. I journal ALL the time. It helps so much to make sense of things. I’m forever looking at various triggers to work out what limiting belief is lurking in the background. I have my woo woo things that I like to do but ultimately my biggest wellbeing focus is to be the ultimate observer of my inner dialogue. Whatever you observe is what becomes your reality so I spend my whole day observing what my internal loop is saying. If it’s negative &#8211; I work on upgrading it.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It’s so integrated it’s like second nature to me. My designs act as my anchors for integrating new energy. A constant reminder of that intention and a very visual cue to remember that intention so we don’t go on auto pilot. The inner work is the focus and the jewellery is the tool to integrate it into your reality.&nbsp;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-what-inspires-your-jewellery-collection"><strong>What inspires your jewellery collection?</strong></h2>



<p>Energy! Energy is a language I can understand and jewellery is how I translate it to the world. Each piece is a physical expression of emotional frequencies. They’re infused with the intention your soul is calling in.&nbsp;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-amy-s-london">Amy&#8217;s London&#8230; </h2>



<p><strong>Best restaurant</strong>:&nbsp;I had a delicious lunch at Whitcomb’s at The Londoner when I first met the team. It’s right up my street as the vibe is very relaxed and inviting. I can see myself going for lunch and casually extending it into dinner!&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>Best bar</strong>: The bar at The Londoner &#8211; the views are incredible, and it’s just the kind of place you can sit and soak it all in and switch off for a while.&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>Best shop:</strong>&nbsp;I’m not a massive shopper. I have to really be in the mood but when I am I prefer shopping for the home.&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>Best spa</strong>:&nbsp;One that has a menu of energy treatments. I regularly visit <a href="https://www.sarahbradden.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sarah Bradden</a> in London who is a medicine woman &#8211; I love her!&nbsp;</p>



<p><strong>Best free activity</strong>:&nbsp;Walking barefoot on the grass</p>



<p><strong>Best view</strong>:&nbsp;A sunset</p>



<p><strong>Best building: The </strong>Natural History Museum&nbsp;</p>
